Simple Background Paper Card With Stampin' Up!

Hi everyone, I'm here to share a really simple card with you!  I love how we can make cards look beautiful and elegant, but they are simple and easy to make as well!  Even us experienced card makers love a clean, simple, and easy card to make!

I am using a few new products that will be available in the new Annual Catalog that starts on June 1st.  The Designer Series Paper, stamp set, and copper embossing powder are all new.  All other products are current and carrying over to the new catalog.  Those items are linked down below.

One of the papers in this DSP Pack have a beautiful mix of Crumb Cake and Night of Navy.  The flowers are outlined in Nigh of Navy, and I thought they would look beautiful on a Nigh of Navy card base.  Other than that, all I used was some vellum cardstock and a few embellishments to throw this card together!

This card looks so beautiful with the copper embossing and the rhinestones added.  I think it would also look great with pearls.  This is a card design that can be used with a lot of different paper collections and is easy to mass produce.

Let me know what you think about this card, and I'd love to know what you've been creating lately.  Have a safe and happy holiday weekend!  Happy crafting!

Anniversary Card With Stampin' Up!

Happy Wednesday everyone!  Today is a very special day!  Today is my 3 year anniversary!  To mark such a special occasion, I have a tutorial for the anniversary card I made for my husband!  I am using all current products that are carrying over to the new catalog, so if you see anything you need, the links to the products are towards the bottom of this post.

This card was pretty simple to make, just a little bit time consuming to punch all the flowers out and assemble the card.  I originally was going to put the flowers as a heart shape on the front of the card, but as you can see, I went in a completely different direction!  The only cutting you need to do for this card is for the card base and layer, and everything else is done using a punch and die.  Head on over to the video to see the full tutorial!  I will have photos down below and the products used.

Let me know what you think about this card, I love how it turned out and I think these colors look gorgeous together!  Happy stamping my crafty friends!

You Are My Sunshine Bag & Card Set With Stampin' Up!

Good morning!  Happy Saturday!  As of the time this video is being published, my husband and I are up at at 'em getting ready to leave to set up for our craft show today!  It is supposed to be a beautiful day!  Usually I have terrible luck with outdoor events, but it is supposed to be almost 80 today and sunny!  Sounds like a perfect opportunity to be outside selling crafts!

I have a bit of a different video for you today!  I have a gift bag and a card that coordinate, but instead of doing everything on camera since this does have two projects, I pre cut and pre stamped everything, so it is more of an assembly, but I will still explain what I did!  I will have photos, dimensions, and products used down below!  All of these products are current and are available and carrying over to the new catalog!

My first project is this cutie gift bag that can hold candy, a gift card, or little gift for that special someone!  This is super simple to make with the gift bag punch board!  Instead of punching the holes for the handle, I simply taped the ribbon to the inside of the bag.  The dimensions for this project I will list directly below.

Soft Sky - Bag Base
10 x 4

Bermuda Bay
2 3/8 x 2 3/8 - I used 2 of these

Whisper White
2 1/8 x 2 1/8

The second item in this video is this fun sunshine card!  I love how simple it is, but I think it turned out super cute!  Make sure you check out the video to see my tip on how to stretch the use of your punches!

My camera doesn't show it great, but the Wink of Stella really adds a ton of sparkle - it is so much more pretty in person!  The dimensions used for this card are listed below.

Soft Sky
5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 4 1/4

Bermuda Bay
5 3/8 x 4 1/8

Whisper White
5 1/4 x 4

I love how these two projects look together, and how easy it can be to make a card with a coordinating gift bag for that special someone!  Let me know what you think about this project set!  Be sure to leave a comment here or on YouTube for a chance to win!  I will choose a winner on Sunday, May 22nd!  Be sure to check out the links to the products used down below!

Rainbow Card With Stampin' Up!

Happy Thursday!  It is almost the weekend!  I am so excited, because it is supposed to be a beautiful weekend here!  I am participating in an outdoor craft show on Saturday, and it is supposed to be almost 80 degrees and sunny, hopefully I can work on my tan a bit!  To go along with this great weather, I have a cute rainbow card for you today!

This card was pretty simple to make, and I made 10 of these last night when I was preparing for this video, and I was able to make them pretty quick, which is a bonus!  I always make more than one card when making a card because it only takes a little bit more time to make more.  I always make about 10 or so, and then I have stash to send out quick or to sell at craft shows!

I will have photos down below, the list of dimensions used, and a link to all the products used.  Let me know what you think about it, do you love it as much as I do??  I love a good rainbow!

Bermuda Bay
8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4

Basic Black
5 3/8 x 4 1/8

Whisper White
5 1/4 x 4

Peekaboo Peach Floral Card With Stampin' Up!

Hi everyone!  It has been an exciting week so far here at the Rogers household!  We adopted a little sister for Smokie on Monday, so if you hear him in the background, he is very excited playing with his toys, hoping his little sister will warm up to him soon.  He wants to be by her so bad, but she just isn't having it yet and has been tired from the excitement of moving to her first home, her trip to the vet yesterday, and exploring.

I have a fun card for you today that I got inspiration from off of Pinterest!  I used Peekaboo Peach, one of the new In Colors that will be available starting June 1st.  The stamp set I am using today is also going to be available in the new catalog.

This card is so simple to make, and like a lot of cards I make, would be great for mass producing!  I also think this card design in all the In Colors, or a set in just one color would be a great gift!  I will have all the dimensions I used listed below, along with links to products used below as well.  The products available in the new catalog on June 1st will not be linked, but be sure to start your list for shopping on June 1st!

Please let me know what you think about this card, I love reading your comments!  I hope you are all well, happy crafting!

Treat Bag Card With Stampin' Up! & A Smokie Appearance!

Hey stampers!  Happy weekend!  I hope your week was well!  I have a different kind of card for you - a treat bag card!  I love how cute and simple this is!  I used a lot of new products on this project, so those won't be listed down below, but will be available for purchase starting June 1st!

This is a great way to give a card along with a little treat or a gift card inside!  These would also be great for mass producing since they are so easy to put together!  I have pictures down below, and don't forget to check out the list of current products used for this project!

Also, if you are a fan of Smokie (my cat), be sure to watch the video, he jumped up on the desk because he wanted to be in on the fun too!

I'd love to know what you think about this card, and if you have this die, I'd love to know what you did with it!

I'm dying over how beautiful this copper embossing powder is!  The above picture makes it look a little bit like silver, but it is a gorgeous copper, and you can see it better in the photo below!

A great pocket for a message and a treat!

I love how simple this was to put together, but it has a bit going on to it and I think it is just beautiful!

Simple Floral Card With Stampin' Up!

Hi everyone!  I am here with a simple card tutorial that works great for using up that patterned paper!  All you need is your card base, a patterned paper layer, a little ribbon, and cardstock for your sentiment!  Add a little bit of embellishments and you're done!

This card design is great for a lot of the papers in this DSP, and it is something you can throw together quickly!  After I did this video, I made 24 of these cards with different patterned paper in about 15 minutes!  Imagine how many cards you could make with just a few hours of time, you'd have cards for awhile!

I just love how this card turned out - it is clean and simple, yet super elegant!  I'm loving the copper foil in this paper!

This DSP is great for a Stamp-a-Stack, so please let me know if you are interested in doing a class with this.  You purchase the materials, and you will get an exclusive video and photos of all the cards you can make with one pack of DSP and some cardstock!

I've listed all the products below, except the new ones that aren't available until June 1st.  I just got all the catalogs in the mail today, so if you are in need of one, please shoot me an email with your name and address.  If you already shop with a demonstrator, please ask your demonstrator for a catalog.  If you don't have a demonstrator, I'd love the opportunity to earn your business!

Let me know what you think about this card!  Happy crafting!

Wrapped Hershey Bars With Stampin' Up!

Happy Mother's Day everyone!  I hope everyone, no matter if you are a mother or not, is spending some time with their loved ones today!  I am spending time with the mommies in my life today and we are cooking out at my house!  I wanted to share a fun quick project with you!  I love how bright and cheery this project is, just like how the weather is here this weekend - warm and sunny!  Everyone, especially Smokie, is happy when it is warm and sunny!

I created a large order of these Wrapped Hershey Bars for a friend and coworker to give to her nurses for nurses week.  I may have done a video on these in the past, but I don't remember!  I know for Valentine's Day I did different wrapped candy bars, so it is the same concept!  These are super fun and quick to put together.

I love how these turned out and I think they look great!  All of the products used except for the Designer Series Paper are linked down below.  The DSP is going to be in the new Annual Catalog that starts on June 1st and is called Affectionately Yours.  It has beautiful, bright colors and gorgeous floral designs.  There is also some specialty papers in here that are copper foiled and are absolutely beautiful - I think some of you are going to have this in your cart right away!

I'll also list the dimensions I used on this project down below.  Also, be sure to watch the video all the way to the end - there might be a surprise!  Happy crafting everyone!

Friendship InColor Card With Stampin' Up!

Happy Saturday my crafting friends!  I hope you are having a good weekend!  We are doing well over here, I am doing lots of crafting this weekend, and my husband is preparing our menu and food for tomorrow's Mother's Day celebration at our house!  Anyway, I wanted to share a fun card with you that I absolutely love!  I thought of this card design as soon as I had this stamp set in my hot little hands!  This stamp set is one that is on my top 10 list from the new catalog that starts June 1st!  It was super simple to make, and could be mass produced easily and quickly.  Although this is a one layer card, I think it looks beautiful!  This is one of my favorite cards that I have made in a long time!

I used all new products besides a few staples for this card project.  You won't see the new colors linked down below with the rest of the products since they are not yet available.

Let me know what you think about this card, and if you had this stamp set, what would you do with it?  I love to hear and see all your ideas!  Products used that are available are linked down below.  If I don't see you tomorrow for a video, I'd like to wish all the mothers out there a Happy Mother's Day!

1000+ Subbie Giveaway Entry #1

Happy Friday, everyone!  I am here with a quick video for my first entry I've gotten in the mail for my 1000+ Subbie Challenge Giveaway!  You can view all the details about my giveaway here.  I'm giving away some awesome prizes, so I'd love if you joined in with me!  You have until May 21st to enter, so there is still plenty of time!  You are not required to send me anything to enter, but the video explains how you can enter!  If you would like to make me a project and send it to me, you can email me or message me for my address!

My first entry is from Christine Lazarides, and she made me this amazing note card holder with little note cards in it.  It is absolutely beautiful and I love it so much!  Immediately after filming this video and taking photos of the project, I put it up on my display shelving in my craft room.  I love it so much, thank you, Christine!  You did an amazing job!

Isn't her project beautiful?!  I'm not sure if Christine does videos, but her YouTube name is the same as her name, so if she does videos, you definitely need to go check her out!

That is all for today!  Tonight I will be working on a fun tutorial for tomorrow, and I love the card so much, it is probably one of my favorites!  I hope you'll come back and check it out, and I hope you'll love it as much as I do!  Happy crafting!

Cookie Thank You Card With Stampin' Up!

Hey stamping friends!  I'm here to share a fun card with you!  My boss had asked me to make some tags to put on cookies for Teacher Appreciation, and I had a fun card idea while I was making them.  This tag and card required a little bit of thinking outside the box, but several stamp sets later and I had some fun cookies!

These are the tags I made, and I used pretty much all the same things I used for the card, but the tag I also used an alphabet stamp set on.

Here is the fun card!  I love how yummy these cookies look - especially now, I just started Atkins today, so these cookies look real good, LOL!  I am not one for thinking outside the box too much with stamps, so I'm super proud of myself.  And I know if I can do it, anyone can do it!

I'd love to know what you think about this card.  A list of products is down below.  The Flirty Flamingo Ink is not listed because it will not be available until June 1st.  Happy crafting!

I was so excited to share I didn't even take any pictures for you to put in this post, so I guess you'll just have to head over to watch the video!

I'd love to know what you think about the new products and which ones are your favorite so far!  This is just a very small portion of what is coming new, there are a ton more new stamp sets, accessories, paper, and everything, that will be available June 1st!

I'm hoping to be back later today with a card or two, hopefully one is with some of these new products!  Happy crafting!

You're So Sweet Card With Stampin' Up!

Good morning everyone!  I am up and at it super early today!  I woke up at 3 am today to put in my preorder for the new catalog and decided to film a video for you before I have to get ready for work!  I got inspiration for this card from Pinterest, and I just love how cute it is!  A lot of these products I used today are retiring, so be sure you head over to my Stampin' Up! website to order!

How cute is this card?  I just love the honeycomb embellishments, and this Designer Series Paper.  This one is retiring, and I'm so sad about it!  The ice cream paper is my favorite!

I had to give you a close up of the honeycomb, I love the pop it gives this card and it is so sweet!

As I mentioned in this video, this card is part of the #acardadayinmay challenge.  The goal is to make and send a card everyday for the month of May.  If you have a stash of cards, you don't have to make one everyday, but if you send a card everyday, that is the goal!  Although I have a huge stash of cards, I am going to be making and sending a card everyday in the month of May, just to challenge myself!  I hope some of you will join!

As promised, below I have the dimensions used in this card, and a link to all the products used.  I'd love to know if you like this card as much as I do!  Happy crafting!

Baby Thank You Card With Stampin' Up!

Happy Sunday everyone!  I am here to share a fun baby thank you card tutorial with you!  I had an order to make these for a customer, and made 50 of these last night!  These are super easy and fun, so I wanted to share them with you!

The card today uses a lot of circle punches, which is what makes this card so easy!  I also used a lot of bright colors by request of the customer, and I love how they turned out!

This card is simple to mass produce and you could take this design and use it for a lot of other occasions as well!

I just love how vibrant all the colors look!  This is a thank you card, and in the video I stamped the inside, but totally forgot to photograph the inside!
